Sponge Chocolate Cake

This is a Sponge Chocolate Cake with brown sugar, it taste different than the regular Chocolate  Cake, it is soft and spongy, it is fill with a delicious Sponge Icing Chocolate and covered with the same filling Icing.

  • Ingredients:

2 cups Sponge Chocolate Cake flour (special for cake) sift Sponge Chocolate Cakeed before

1 tsp Sponge Chocolate Cake Baking Soda

3/4 tsp Sponge Chocolate Cake salt

2 cups Sponge Chocolate Cake of brown sugar (packed)

1/2 cup butter (4 oz)

1 tsp vanilla

1cup Sponge Chocolate Cake milk

1tsp Sponge Chocolate Cake lemon juice (fresh)

2 square of unsweetened chocolate (melted)

3 eggs

  • Procedure:
  1. Grease two 9" Round Pan Sponge Chocolate Cakes, add 2 tbs of flour and shake.
  2. Turn oven 350 degree.
  3. Sift Sponge Chocolate Cake together flour ,baking soda and salt.
  4. Add brown sugar,butter, and vanilla
  5. Mix the milk with the lemon juice and add to the mix.
  6. Use the electric mixer Sponge Chocolate Cake and mix for 2 min.
  7. Add the eggs and the melted chocolate and mix for 2 more min.
  8. Pour batter into pan and place in the oven  for 30 to 35 min.
  9. Prepare the sponge icing chocolate.
  10. Pour some icing on top of one cake, put the other cake on top and finish icing the cake with the same sponge chocolate icing.
